Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is an evidence based psychological treatment that is recommended by the National Institute for Clinical Evidence (NICE) for the effective treatment of Depression and the Anxiety Disorders.

Personal Approach
I use a modern approach to CBT by incorporating elements of Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy ( ACT) to best meet the specific needs of the individual.
